The capacity of the bar is 400 people. If the whole bar capacity is more room than needed for your event, just the lounge section can be rented. This part of the bar has a capacity of 50.

The immense dance floor, located in the center of the room, offers generous dancing room. A DJ booth sits to the left of the dance floor, and on the opposite side there is a bar and couches. At the head of the dance floor is a raised area for a small band.

Whether you’re planning a casual reception or formal seated banquet, we take pride in offering a wide variety of in-house banquet menu options.

We have numerous beverage options available, from open bar to cash bar service or drink tickets.
Parties of 25 or more guests may choose from our banquet menu.

Two movie screens are located in the main room above dance floor, and jumbo screen in the VIP area. Power Point, VHS and DVD capabilities are available for private party use, and the Cowboy is happy to book and accommodate DJs and live bands for private events.
